Our Story

The origins of carpet making and intricate weaves have their roots in a small

yet dynamic city in India called Mirzapur. Krishna Laddha and Rajani Laddha

belong to this town which is renowned all over the world for creating the most

exotic weaves that one has ever seen! They have founded a legacy of

creativity and community through hand-crafted home décor.

In pursuit of their dream, the Laddhas’ emigrated to Dalton, GA, and decided

to build an institution focused on people, partnerships, and philanthropy. In
2001, they laid the foundation of this dream with LR Home- a wholesale area

rug business. Krishna and Rajani capitalized on their expertise in textiles,

expanding to bring unique designs and textures to the home décor and

furniture industry.

At LR Home, we have a deep and abiding commitment to positively impact

society while delivering premium products. Our organization founded the

Laddha Academy in Mirzapur to help underprivileged children by
supplementing their education with after-school tutoring, leadership training,

and scholarships. This program is just one of the many initiatives contributing

to our goals of giving back to our communities.

LR Home has now grown to be an organization of more than fifty associates

from across the globe. The members of our team are a family and act

according to the principles of honesty, integrity and respect laid out by the
founders. At the helm of this operation are their sons - Vaibhav and Vinamra.

They look forward to a future of expansions while maintaining their

parents’ original goal:

grow together and give back to the community.
